dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá vývojem a změnami, kterými procházel Evropský parlament a jak se postupně měnila jeho funkce. Hlavní důraz je kladen na období let 1962 až 1992, tedy na období od oficiálního vzniku Evropského parlamentu až po podepsání Maastrichtské smlouvy. Zabývá se změnami, které postupně přicházely a způsobem jakým jich bylo dosaženo. Sleduje důležité mezníky ve vývoji Evropského parlamentu a zjišťuje jak moc a jakým směrem ho tyto mezníky ovlivnily.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the development and changes, which the European Parliament went through, and how the function of the Parliament gradually altered. The main emphasis is put on the period from 1962 to 1992, i.e. on the period from the official European Parliament establishment up until the signing of the Maastricht Treaty. The thesis addresses changes, which subsequently arrived, and the way how they were achieved. Follows important milestones in the European Parliament development, and identifies how much and in which direction these milestones affected it.en
