dc.description.abstractCílem práce je analýza controlligových aktivit v podniku LASSELSBERGER, s. r. o. Diplomovou práci lze pomyslně rozdělit na tři velké úseky. V první části, resp. v úvodních kapitolách, je popsán teoretický základ. Podkladem pro tuto část byly publikace významných autorů zabývajících se tématem controllingu. Druhá část je směrována na praktickou oblast. Po úvodních informacích o podniku následuje zaměření na controllingovou činnost, v detailním pohledu pak na náklady, resp. na nákladový controlling. Třetí část je věnována shrnutí a zhodnocení controllingové činnosti v podniku. Závěrem tohoto úseku je pak vlastní návrh zlepšení controllingových aktivit v podniku LASSELSBERGER, s. r. o.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this dissertation is to analyse controlling activities in the company LASSELSBERGER, s. r. o. Dissertation can be notionally divided into three major sections. The theoretical basis is described in the first part, resp. in opening chapters. The basis for this part is formed by using of publications of important authors engaged in the issue of controlling. The second part is directed towards to the practical field. After introductory information about the company follows the focus on controlling activities, in detail then on profit or loss, resp. the cost controlling. The third part is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the controlling activities in the company. In conclusion of this section is mentioned the own proposal to improvement of controlling activities in the company LASSELSBERGER, s. r. o.en
