dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou žen se spinálním poraněním a rolí ergoterapeuta. Cílem práce je informovat budoucí či současné matky se spinálním poraněním o průběhu celého těhotenství a mateřství, o kompenzačních pomůckách, ale i informovat o důležité roli a intervenci pracovníka ergoterapie v tomto odvětví. Teoretická část shrnuje anatomický úvod do spinální problematiky se zaměřením na těhotenství a následnou péčí o ženy s míšním poraněním. Dále je obecně shrnuta práce ergoterapeuta a jeho intervence u pacientů s míšním poraněním. V praktické části je zpracována intervence ergoterapeuta u žen, matek s míšním poraněním a příručka kompenzačních pomůcek pro budoucí matky, které jsou po poranění míchy, a tedy upoutány na invalidní vozík.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of women with spinal injuries and the role of an occupational therapist. The aim of the work is to inform future or current mothers with spinal injuries about the course of the whole pregnancy and motherhood, about compensatory aids, but also to inform about the important role and intervention of an occupational therapy worker in this field. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomical introduction to spinal problematics with a focus on pregnancy and subsequent care of women with a spinal cord injury. Furthermore, the work of an occupational therapist and his intervention in patients with spinal cord injury is generally summarized. The practical part deals with the intervention of an occupational therapist for mothers with spinal cord injury and a guide to compensatory aids for future mothers who are after spinal cord injury, and thus confined to a wheelchair.en
