| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá srdečním selháním a pacienty trpícími tímto syndromem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na podstatné informace z anatomie a fyziologie, které jsou důležité pro pochopení stavby a činnosti srdce. Dále se zabývá příčinami a patofyziologií srdeční insuficience, akutní a chronickým srdečním selháním. Nakonec popisují ošetřovatelskou činnost sestry a edukaci pacientů, ve které je neopomenutelný zdravý životní styl. V praktické části analyzuji rozhovory s pacienty a jejich dokumentaci na podkladě kvalitativního výzkumu. Zajímá mě průběh onemocnění a jejich názory a postoje k této problematice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with heart failure and patients suffering from this syndrome. The theoretical part focuses on essential information from anatomy and physiology that is important for understanding the heart's construction and activity. It also deals with the causes and pathophysiology of cardiac insufficiency, acute and chronic heart failure. I finally describe the nursing activity of nurses and the education of patients, in which there is an unforgettable healthy lifestyle. In the practical part I analyze interviews with patients and their documentation on the basis of qualitative research. I am interested in the course of the disease and its opinions and attitudes on this issue. | en |
