dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je představit konfederace vznikající počátkem 17.století. Představit samotné pojmy konfederace a federace, jejich vznik. Dále vzory pro čs. konfederaci a konfederační ujednání ze zahraničí a také domácí vzory. Nakonec je pak v práci rozebírán vznik a schvalování čs. konfederace a jejích orgánů a představeny další konfederační ujednání.cs

Then to present examples for the czech confederation and confederation's arrangements abroad and domestic examples at the end of the thesis there are analyzed origins and authorisations of confederation and its authorities and presented others cenfederation's arrangements.en
