dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je treasury management a jeho postavení v tuzemských podnicích. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu treasury managementu a jeho hlavních činností. V praktické části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky vlastního empirického šetření a jejich porovnání s jinými domácími a zahraničními výzkumy. Výsledky práce poskytují detailní pohled na současné postavení treasury managementu v tuzemských podnicích a na odlišnosti přístupu tuzemských a zahraničních treasury pracovníků k vybraným oblastem treasury. Práce mimo jiné přináší jedinečný pohled na priority tuzemských treasury oddělení, současné trendy v treasury managementu a faktory, které ovlivňují současný treasury management.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this master's thesis is treasury management and its current position in companies operating in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis describes treasury management and its main activities. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the survey results and their comparison to the results of other domestic and foreign researches. The results of this thesis provide a comprehensive view of the current position of treasury management in Czech companies and differences in the approach of domestic and foreign treasurers to selected areas of treasury management. The thesis also brings a unique perspective on the priorities of Czech treasury departments, current treasury trends, and factors affecting the current treasury management.en
