dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou problematikou pacienta s Parkinsonovou chorobou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o Parkinsonovo chorobě, její historie, problematika, etiologie, klinické příznaky, psychické problémy, diagnostika, fáze nemoci, léčba, potřeby nemocného, role sestry a nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy nemocného. V praktické části popisuji hloubkově tři rozhovory. Dva rozhovory jsou sepsány s klientkami trpící Parkinsonovo chorobou a třetí je sepsán se všeobecnou sestrou, která má zkušenosti s péčí o nemocné s Parkinsonovo chorobou. Všechny rozhovory jsou zaměřeny zejména na problémy nemocného a jejich řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe undergraduate thesis deals with the problematics of nursing care of a patient suffering from Parkisnon's disease. In the theoretical part of the thesis basic information about Parkinson's disease is given; its history, problematics, etiology, clinical symptoms, psychological problems, diagnostics, phases of the disease, treatment, patients' needs, the role of a nurse and the most common patients' problems. In the practical part of the thesis three interviews are described. Two of the interviews have been done with clients suffering from Parkinson's disease and the third one has been done with a general nurse, who is experienced in caring for patients with Parkinson's disease. All the interviews are aimed at patients' problems and their solution.en
