| dc.description.abstract-translated | Public administration authorities check the behavior of non-subordinate entities during the control by means of the control order and compare it with the behavior according to the legal regulations of these entities. Control as such consists of a number of actions, and it is not excluded that the control authority will exceed the powers established by the control order and other laws when performing these actions. Since the control interferes with the rights and obligations of the controlled person, the controlled person has the possibility to claim judicial protection. In my contribution, I will therefore focus on individual lawsuits according to the administrative court code and explain through which lawsuit a person can be controlled against individual acts of judicial protection. | en |
