dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti fyzioterapie v lázeňské léčbě chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je stručně popsán dýchací systém, fyziologie dýchání, dále obsahuje charakteristiku nemoci, její vznik, průběh, diagnostiku, možnosti léčby a také kapitolu věnující se balneologii a konkrétní balneoterapii a fyzioterapii, která se v léčbě onemocnění používá. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, jsou zde zpracovány tři kazuistiky. Je zaměřená na hodnocení efektu léčby u osob s diagnózou chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci. Ukazatele efektu léčby jsou spirometrické vyšetření a dva dotazníky hodnotící kvalitu života. V diskuzi a závěru jsou hodnoceny výsledky výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on options of physiotherapy in the spa treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is briefly described the respiratory system, physiology of respiration, further it contains characteristics of the disease, its origin, process, diagnosis, treatment options, and it also contains a chapter, that is dedicated to balneology and specific balneotherapy and physiotherapy, which is used in the treatment of this disease. Practical part includes qualitative research, there are three case studies processed. It is focused on the evaluation of the effect of the treatment of people diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The indicators of the effect of the treatment are spirometry examination and two questionnaires, that evaluates the quality of life. In the discussion and the conclusion are evaluated the results of the research.en
