dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nově nastupujících všeobecných sester. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce informuje o adaptačním procesu všeobecných sester a jeho řízení, o faktorech ovlivňujících adaptaci, dále pojednává o pedagogice a mentorství v ošetřovatelství. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání adaptačního procesu u všeobecných sester absolventek vedených sestrou školitelkou/mentorkou a u všeobecných sester absolventek bez přímého vedení sestrou školitelkou/mentorkou.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the adaptation proceses new incoming nurses. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this thesis is about adaptation process for newcomers nurses and its management, factors influencing the adaptation and also discusses about the pedagogy and mentorship in nursing. The practical part is focus on a comparison of the adaptation process for new incoming graduates nurses led by nurse trainer / mentor and new incoming graduates nurses without a direct line by nurses trainer / mentor.	en
