dc.description.abstract	Obsahem diplomové práce na téma Boj proti terorismu a jeho právní nástroje je právní vývoj a jeho současný stav v oblasti boje proti terorismu. První kapitoly jsou věnovány nejednotným definicím terorismu, historickému vývoji terorismu a předním, stále aktivním teroristickým organizacím. Dále se tato práce nejdříve zabývá zhodnocením vztahu právního boje proti terorismu a ochrany lidský práv, a následně i odpovědnosti státu za teroristické činy svých orgánů. Následující tři kapitoly již obsahují obecný popis mezinárodněprávní úpravy a komparatistiku právní úpravy v ČR s některými evropskými státy. V posledních kapitolách jsou zohledněny zpravodajské služby a jejich efektivnost v boji proti terorismu a potlačování financování terorismu, které se mimo jiné zabývá systémem financování s názvem hawala a jeho právní regulací.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis entitled Fight against Terrorism - Legal Instruments contains a historical developement and the current situation in the law related to this area. First two chapters are dedicated to the differentiated definition of the term terrorism, to the historical development of the terrorism and to the major, still active terrorist organisations. Subsequently the thesis deals with an evaluation of the relationship between a legal fight against terrorism and a protection of human rights, and the liability of state for terrorist attacks of its authorities. Following three chapters concern a general description of the regulation of the international law and a comparison of legal regulation in the Czech Republic and some other European countries. Final chapters present intelligence agencies and their effectivity in the fight against terrorism and suppression of financing of terrorism , within which the hawal financing system and its regulation is dealt with.	en
