dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá panenstvím. Jeho konceptualizací a kořeny jeho chápání.První kapitola se zabývá rozdíly mezi ženou a mužem. Tyto rozdíly, ať již jsou biologické či sociální jsou nutné k pochopení tématu panenství. Druhá kapitola představuje panenství jako stav, který je vnímaný buďto skrze biologické či sociální pohledy. V třetí kapitole si fenomén panenství představujeme na etnografických případech, na kterých je nejlépe vidět rozmanitost chápání tohoto fenoménu. V poslední kapitole jsou představeny jiné výzkumy ohledně panenství a vlastní výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is about virginity, conceptualization of virginity and roots of approach of virginity. In the first chapter I write about background the virginity. Background that is a needed to understand before grasping the concept virginity laid on biological differences between women and men. Differences between women and men isn't only biological differences. Other distinctions are based on social environment. Social environment is meant culture and social context. When we relate biological and social view, we can research human sexuality as whole. Second chapter is about concept of virginity. Point of view on virginity can be dual. The first view is a biological. The second view is a social. On the concept of virginity we can use both points of views. Problems with concept of virginity is that every culture define virginity otherwise. In the third chapter I write about ethnographic illustrations of the concepts of virginity. Last chapter is about research of virginity. My research was realized with girls, who were virgins. From informal interviews with them result that virginity is concept based on socialization of actor but with unspecific distinction of biological approaches of virginity.en
