dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o stěžejních institutech shromažďovacího práva v ČR. Práce je zaměřena především na průběh výkonu shromažďovacího práva včetně jeho omezení. Práce pojednává o shromažďovacím právu v širším kontextu, primárně v kontextu historickém, ale také v kontextu mezinárodní úpravy, popř. zahraniční právní úpravy. V práci jsou taktéž analyzována problematická ustanovení českého shromažďovacího zákona s poukazem na judikaturu, a to nejen českých soudů, ale též Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Závěr práce pak nabízí určité úvahy de lege ferenda a možnosti budoucího vývoje právní úpravy shromažďovacího právacs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the main institutes of the Assembly law in the Czech Republic. The thesis is mainly focused on the performance of the Assembly law, including its limitations. The thesis is dedicated to the Assembly law in a wider context, primarily in the historical context but also in the context of the international law or even foreign legal regulations. The thesis also analyzes the problematic parts of the Czech Assembly Act in the case law perspective, not only of the Czech courts but also of the European Court of Human Rights. The conclusion of the thesis then offers some considerations de lege ferenda and the possibilities for future development of the law of Assembly lawen
