| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na význam komunikace s dětskými pacienty ve zdravotnickém prostředí. Teoretická část se zabývá konceptem komunikace a psychologickým vývojem dítěte, s důrazem na jeho specifika v kontextu zdravotnické péče. Tématem jsou také různé přístupy ke komunikaci s dětmi, včetně verbálních a neverbálních strategií. Identifikace efektivních strategií je klíčová pro minimalizaci stresu a vytvoření podpůrného prostředí pro dětské pacienty. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s optimálními přístupy efektivní komunikace s dětskými pacienty. Praktická část práce zahrnuje informace získané polostrukturovanými rozhovory se zdravotnickými pracovníky, kteří mají dennodenní kontakt s dětskými pacienty. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika jejich komunikace s dětmi v různém věku, vliv rodičů na průběh interakce a využívání podpůrných metod. Zmíněné rozhovory jsou analyzovány s cílem identifikovat funkční přístupy, osvědčené strategie i oblasti, které si žádají větší podporu nebo vzdělávání. Výsledky práce ukazují, že zdravotníci vnímají komunikaci s dětskými pacienty jako klíčovou součást péče a intuitivně využívají řadu efektivních přístupů. Přesto však výzkum poukazuje na nedostatečnou přípravu v této oblasti a potřebu systematického vzdělávání. | cs |

The theoretical part addresses the concept of communication and the psychological development of children, with an emphasis on their specific needs in the context of medical care. It also discusses various approaches to communication with children, including both verbal and nonverbal strategies. Identifying effective strategies is essential for minimizing stress and creating a supportive environment for pediatric patients. The aim of the theoretical section is to present optimal approaches to effective communication with children in healthcare. The practical part of the thesis is based on information obtained through semi-structured interviews with healthcare professionals who work with pediatric patients on a daily basis. It focuses on the specifics of their communication with children of different ages, the influence of parents on the course of interactions, and the use of supportive methods. These interviews are analyzed to identify functional approaches, proven strategies, and areas that require greater support or further education. The results of the thesis show that healthcare professionals perceive communication with pediatric patients as a key component of care and intuitively apply a range of effective approaches.
