| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměří na fungování pracovní skupiny ve výrobní organizaci. Cílem je popsat strategie chování členů pracovní skupiny na pozadí hierarchického uspořádání, organizačních struktur a pracovního prostředí. Bakalářská práce staví na etnografickém přístupu založeném na metodách zúčastněného pozorování a kvalitativních hloubkových rozhovorech s pracovníky výrobní organizace. Práce popisuje kulturu prostředí a morální kodex, který je na skupinu kladen, a zaměřuje se zejména na akty rezistence jedinců vůči němu. | cs |
