dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je edukace pacienta po transplantaci ledvin. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou základní informace z anatomie, popsané akutní a chronické selhání ledvin a následné možnosti léčby, transplantace ledvin, imunosupresivní léčba a edukace. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním edukace nemocných po transplantaci ledvin. Praktická část bakalářské práce byla realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi pacienty. Rozhovory se zaměřovaly na jejich zkušenosti s režimovými opatřeními, užíváním imunosupresivní léčby a jejich celkový pohled na zdraví po transplantaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is A Patient education after kidney transplantation. The the-sis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic information from anatomy, describes an acute and chronic kidney failure and subsequent treatment options, a kidney transplantation, an immunosuppressive treatment and education. The practical part deals with charting the education of patients after kidney transplantation. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis was carried out in the form of a qualitative research survey. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with four patients. The interviews focused on their experiences with regimen measures, the use of the immu-nosuppressive treatment and their overall view of health after transplantation.en
