| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku transferových cen včetně deskripce národních i mezinárodních legislativních požadavků. Praktická část práce se zabývá touto problematikou z hlediska vztahu právnické osoby a spojené fyzické osoby, zkoumá situace v rámci České republiky, nikoli z mezinárodního hlediska. Cílem práce je vytvořit funkční model dokumentace k transferovým cenám pro malé firmy a kvantifikovat dopady chybného nastavení transferových cen mezi právnickou osobou a spojenou fyzickou osobou. | cs |

The practical part of the thesis deals with this issue in terms of the relationship between a legal entity and a related natural person, the thesis examines the situation in the Czech republic, not from the international perspective.
