dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku hypotečního bankovnictví v České republice. První kapitola objasňuje základní pojmy z oblasti hypotečního úvěrování a stavebního spoření. Druhá kapitola je věnována procesu poskytnutí, splacení a refinancování hypotečního úvěru. Třetí část se zaměřuje na vývoj hypotečního trhu a stavebního spoření od roku 1995. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá hypotečním trhem v současnosti na celém území ČR a spojitostí mezi mírou nezaměstnanosti a cenou bydlení. Pátá kapitola řeší ukazatele, které hypoteční trh v jednotlivých krajích ČR ovlivňují. Praktická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na nabídku úvěrů vybraných bank a financování modelové situace prostřednictvím těchto produktů. V závěru je proveden odhad predikce vývoje hypotečního trhu v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted work is focused on the development of mortgage banking in the Czech Republic. The challenge is in eight chapters assess the current situation on the market for mortgage loans and building savings, including the factors that influence them. The first chapter clarifies the basic terms of the mortgage loans and savings. The second chapter is devoted to the process of providing, repayment and refinancing mortgage loan. The third part focuses on the development of the mortgage market and savings since 1995. The fourth chapter deals with the mortgage market at present throughout the Czech Republic and the link between unemployment and the price of housing. The fifth chapter solves indicators that have an impact on the mortgage market in different regions of the Czech Republic. The sixth and seventh chapter are focused on a loans offer of the selected banks and financing model situation through these products. The eighth chapter estimates the prediction of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic.en
