| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá financováním nepodnikatelského subjektu. V teoretické části je popsán neziskový sektor a jeho subjekty. Tyto poznatky jsou aplikovány v praktické části, která se zaměřuje na analýzu příjmů a výdajů konkrétní neziskové organizace - Nadace pro transplantace kostní dřeně. Důraz je kladen na rozdělení příjmů a výdajů do skupin a jejich rozbor z hlediska vývoje v minulých letech. Při zpracování této části byly využity grafy, do kterých byly zaneseny údaje z dostupných materiálů. Součástí diplomové práce jsou navrhovaná opatření, která by mohla zlepšit stávající situaci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the financing of a nonprofit organization. The theoretical part describes the nonprofit sector and its entities. This knowledge is applied in the practical part which focuses on analysis of income and expenses in the nonprofit organization which is called the Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation. Emphasis is placed on the distribution of income and expenses into groups and their analysis. Graphs were used and their data came from annual reports. The proposed measures are likely to improve the current situation. | en |
