dc.description.abstractTeoreticko-empirická práce pojednává o problematice syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester. Je zaměřena na všeobecné sestry, které syndrom vyhoření prožily. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho příčiny, příznaky i rizikové faktory. Dále se zabývá diagnostikou, prevencí a léčbou syndromu vyhoření. Samostatná kapitola Syndrom vyhoření u všeobecných sester pojednává o této problematice. Praktická část, která je uskutečněna pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, se zabývá zkušenostmi a vnímáním syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester, které jej prožily. Ze čtyř lidských příběhů vyplynula celá řada poznání. A jedním z nich je to, že managment by se měl aktivně podílet na zlepšení klimatu v pracovních kolektivech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical and empirical work addresses the issue of burnout syndrome among general nurses. It focuses on general nurses who have experienced burnout syndrome. The theoretical part defines the concept of burnout syndrome, its causes, symptoms, and risk factors. It also covers the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of burnout syndrome. A separate chapter titled "Burnout Syndrome in General Nurses" deals with this issue in detail. The practical part, conducted through qualitative research, explores the experiences and perceptions of burnout syndrome among general nurses who have gone through it. The four personal stories provided numerous insights, one of which is that management should actively participate in improving the work climate within teams.en
