dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma Dopady pandemie covid-19 na finanční řízení podniku, je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce se pomocí vhodných tuzemských i zahraničních zdrojů věnuje popisu pandemie covid-19 a jejím dopadům. Dalším cílem je teoretické vymezení finančního řízení podniku, jehož součástí je finanční analýza a finanční plánování. Cílem praktické části práce je přiblížení finančního řízení vybraného podniku. V prvotní fázi je podnik a jeho struktura krátce charakterizována. Následuje provedení finanční analýzy podniku. Účelem finanční analýzy je sestavení zhodnocení finanční situace a sestavení finančního plánu podniku. Na závěr je navrženo doporučení na zlepšení finančního řízení podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis on the topic Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the company's financial management is divided into theoretical and practical part. The purpose of this work is to used literature and electronic sources to describe the area of the covid-19 pandemic and its effects. Another goal is a theoretical definition of financial management of the company, which includes financial analysis and financial planning. The aim of the practical part of the work is to approach the financial management of the selected company. In the initial phase, the company and its structure are briefly characterized. The financial analysis of the company follow then. The purpose of financial analysis is to compile an assessment of the financial situation and assemble company's financial plan. The recommendations to improve the financial management of the company are at the end of this thesis.en
