dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce má za cíl porovnání specifik řešení sporů v obchodních věcech. Popisuje historický vývoj řešení obchodních sporů v České republice od roku 1948 do současnosti. Dále obsahuje srovnání specifik v právních úpravách řešení obchodních sporů na Slovensku, v Německu a v USA. Uvádí také několik specifických příkladů řešení obchodních sporů celosvětově z posledních let. Kromě porovnání s historickým vývojem řešení obchodních sporů v České republice a srovnání se zahraničím je jejím cílem také výhled do budoucnosti, jakým směrem by se tato problematika mohla v příštích letech ubírat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis aims to compare the specifics of resolving disputes in commercial matters. It describes the historical development of resolving commercial disputes in the Czech Republic from 1948 to the present. It also contains a comparison of the specifics in the legislation of resolving commercial disputes in the Slovak Republic, Germany and in the USA. It also provides several specific examples of resolving commercial disputes worldwide in recent years. In addition to comparing the historical development of resolving commercial disputes in the Czech Republic and to a comparison with other countries it also aims to look to the future, the direction in which this issue could take in the upcoming years.en
