dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o soběstačnosti dětí s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část obsahuje popis a rozdělení mentálního postižení u dětí a reálný dopad na jejich soběstačnost. Také je zde uvedena patogeneze tohoto onemocnění a dále teoretická část obsahuje různé možnosti diagnostikování, především pomocí testů na soběstačnost s následnými terapiemi. V následující kapitole jsou uvedeny možnosti ergoterapie. Práce pokračuje praktickou částí, kde jsou popsány kazuistiky pacientů. V kazuistice je popsána anamnéza, vyšetření vstupní i průběžné, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán s postupující terapií. Po 3 měsících je terapie ukončena výstupním vyšetřením a jsou zhodnoceny výsledky sledování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the self-sufficiency of children with mental disabilities. The theoretical part contains description and distribution of mental disability in children and real impact on their self-sufficiency. There is also a pathogenesis of this disease. Further, the theoretical part contains various possibilities of diagnostics, mainly by selfsufficiency tests with subsequent therapies. In the next chapter are presented the possibilities of ergotherapy. The work continues with a practical part where patient case reports are described. A case history describes anamnesis, an initial and ongoing examination, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan with progressive therapy. After one month, therapy is terminated by an exit examination and the results of the follow-up are evaluated.en
