dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je věnovaná analýze fungování modulu Controllingu systému SAP v podmínkách vybrané společnosti. Sú v ní definovány podnikový informační systémy, jejich vývoj a dělení i nabízené funkcionality. Přiblížen je informační systém SAP, jeho architektura i využití. V práci se analyzuje hlavně modul Controllingu systému SAP. Vysvětlen je pojem controlling, jeho definice, úlohy i cíle. Porovnává se v ní controlling s managementem, a pozice controllera a manažéra. Analýzou, prostřednictvím dotazníkového průzkumu, kterého výsledky jsou uvedený i v grafický podobě, je zjištěn stav a efektivita využívaní modulu Controllingu systému SAP ve zkoumaném podniku. Na zjištěné nedostatky jsou navrženy změny prostřednictví odporoučení pro podnik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of the SAP Controlling module in the conditions of the chosen company. It defines enterprise resource planning systems, their development, and division as well as offered functionalities. The SAP information system, its architecture, and its usage are described. The thesis mainly analyses the SAP Controlling module. The term controlling, its definitions, tasks, and goals are explained. It compares controlling with management and the position of controller and manager. The analysis, through a questionnaire survey, the results of which are also presented in graphical form, establish the status and efficiency of the use of the SAP Controlling module in the surveyed enterprise. To the identified shortcomings are proposed changes through recommendations for the company.en
