dc.description.abstractTato kvalifikační práce se zaměřuje na aktuální poznatky v oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné se syndromem geriatrické křehkosti. Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která poskytuje přehled informací v této problematice. V práci jsou analyzovány studie zabývající se intervencemi v oblasti výživy a pohybu, které by mohly mít pozitivní vliv na prevenci a případnou léčbu geriatrické křehkosti. Výsledkem této analýzy a práce je, že zavedená opatření mohou kladně podpořit prevenci či zmírnění symptomů syndromu geriatrické křehkosti a ovlivnit celkový zdravotní stav seniorů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on current findings in the field of nursing care for patients with geriatric frailty syndrome. It is a theoretical work that provides an overview of information on this issue. The thesis analyzes studies dealing with interventions in the field of nutrition and exercise, which could have a positive effect on the prevention and possible treatment of geriatric frailty. The results of this analysis indicate that the established measures can effectively support the prevention or alleviation of symptoms associated with geriatric frailty syndrome and influence the overall health status of the elderly.en
