dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá fungováním demokracie v Německu, co je pro ni typické a jakými se řídí pravidly. Historický vývoj od roku 1945, kdy skončila 2. světová válka, je zmíněn pro lepší pochopení souvislostí s dnešním fungováním. Důležitým mezníkem bylo rozdělení země, kdy do východní části byl aplikován socialismus. Mezi hlavní témata patří pozice prezidenta, vlády a parlamentu a jejich práva. Dále je analyzováno členství v Evropské unii a jiných mezinárodních organizacích. Politická kultura je dalším tématem, kterým se tato práce zabývá.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis was written to show how functionize democracy in Germany, what is typical for democracy and rules of democracy. First part of the thesis belongs to historical development of democracy in Germany. Connections with political history are mentioned because can explain functioning of democracy in Germany today. It describes development since 1945, when Second World War ended. Important point in history was dividing of the state. Socialism was applicated in east part of the state. The main part of the thesis describes political scene today. We can read about rights of president, government and parliament. Membership in European union and membership in other international organizations are analyzed. Political culture is interesting topic, that shows atmosphere and behavior of politicians.en
