dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je analýza a zhodnocení metod a nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané společnosti, kterou je Valeo autoklimatizace, k.s. a návrh možností pro zlepšení v oblasti controllingového řízení. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. První teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici a význam controllingu, jeho vznik a vývoj, cíle, funkce a druhy a dále na analýzu vybraných metod a nástrojů strategického, operativního a finančního controllingu. Druhá praktická část práce začíná představením vybrané společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou ovládacích panelů a senzorů do asistenčních systémů vozidel. Následuje praktické použití vybraných metod a nástrojů controllingu, které byly definovány v teoretické části. Na závěr je navrhnuto několik opatření v oblasti využití controllingových metod a nástrojů pro vybranou společnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis and evaluation of controlling methods and tools in a selected company, which is Valeo autoklimatizace, k.s. and suggesting advice for improvement in controlling management. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The first theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition and importance of controlling, its origin and development, goals, functions and types, and on the analysis of selected methods and tools of strategic, operational and financial controlling. The second practical part of the work begins with the introduction of a selected company, which deals with the production of control panels and sensors for vehicle assistance systems. Then there is the practical use of selected methods and controlling tools, which were defined in the theoretical part. In conclusion, there are several recommendations in the use of controlling methods and tools for the selected company.en
