dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se primárně zaměřuje na komparaci účetních systémů pro malé a střední podniky. Do tohoto srovnání jsou zahrnuty české účetní předpisy, Mezinárodní standardy finančního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky (IFRS for SME) a Americké všeobecně uznávané účetní zásady (US GAAP). V první části práce je provedeno vymezeních malých a středních podniků a také charakteristika vybraných účetních systémů. Tato analýza je zakončena komparací významných oblastí finančního výkaznictví. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu pronikání standardů IFRS do výkaznictví Evropské unie na příkladu České republiky. V této části jsou analyzovány vybrané legislativní změny ovlivňující proces harmonizace českých účetních předpisů se standardy IFRS. Závěr práce obsahuje grafické znázornění pronikání IFRS do českých účetních předpisů. Podkladem pro zpracování této diplomové práce byly zdroje uvedené v přiložené bibliografii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is primarily focused on comparison of accounting systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. This comparison includes Czech accounting regulations, International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS for SMEs) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). The first part of theses defines small and medium-sized enterprises and also characterizes accounting systems. This analysis concludes with a comparison of important areas of financial reporting. The second part of theses is focuses on the analysis of the penetration of IFRS standards into reporting of European Union on the example of the Czech Republic. This part analyzes changes in Czech accounting legislative which affected the process of harmonization Czech accounting regulations with IFRS standards. The conclusion of this section contains a graph showing the extent of IFRS into Czech accounting regulations. This diploma thesis is based on sources listed in the attached bibliography.en
