dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem stavu malárie v postižených makroregionech světa během posledních dvaceti let. V první části práce je možné se seznámit se základní charakteristikou malárie včetně symptomů, léčby a možným bojem proti malárii. Další část práce je věnována jednotlivým typům lidské malárie a jejímu rozšíření ve světě. V bakalářské práci byly malarické oblasti porovnávány v letech 1990 a 2009 a následně rozděleny podle míry prevalence do třech makroregionů, pro které byl vytvořen přehled jednotlivých postižených států v podobě tabulek a map. Z hlediska doplnění společné charakteristiky vymezených makroregionů, byly jednotlivé oblasti srovnány s Köppenovo klasifikací klimatu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with development of malaria in affected macro-regions of the world over the last twenty years. The first part of the thesis presents basic characteristics of malaria, its symptoms, treatment and possible fight against malaria. Next part of the thesis explores individual types of human malaria and its distribution in the world. Individual malaria areas were compared in 1990 and 2009 and then they were divided into three macro-regions according to its prevalence. For these macro-regions there was created an overview of particular affected states in the form of tables and maps. In terms of the characteristics defined macro-regions addition, each area were compared with Köppens climate clasiffication.en
