dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling likvidity a cash flow. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola vymezuje pojem "controlling", zahrnuje funkce a cíle controllingu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje informace o řízení cash flow a likvidity. Třetí kapitola se zabývá finanční analýzou, která je zaměřena především na poměrové ukazatele. Dále následuje praktická část práce. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsán cíl a metodika praktické části diplomové práce. Pátá kapitola seznamuje se Západočeským konzumním družstvem Sušice, popsáno je hlavně ekonomické oddělení. Šestá kapitola informuje o controllingových aktivitách družstva, podnikových systémech a politice financování. Následuje finanční analýza se zaměřením na likviditu. Popisuje také metodu sestavování cash flow a vývoj peněžního toku. Poslední kapitola shrnuje poznatky o družstvu a obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on controlling of liquidity and cash flow. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first chapter defines the term "controlling", obtains functions and targets of controlling. The second chapter obtains information about cash flow and liquidity management. The third chapter deals with financial analysis which is focused on financial ratios. Then follow practical part. The fourth chapter describe target and methodology of thesis practical part. The fifth chapter introduces West Bohemian consumer cooperative Sušice, mainly economics department. The sixth part inform about controlling activities in cooperative, company´s software and financing policy. This chapter obtains financial analysis focused on liquidity. It describes technique of creation cash flow statement and development of cash flow. The last chapter summarize knowledge about cooperative and suggest improvements.en
