| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu účetní uzávěrky, závěrky a auditu vybraného podniku a navrhnout doporučení ve sledované oblasti. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitoly o účetním systému podniku, účetní uzávěrce a účetní závěrce. Část praktická začíná charakteristikou vybraného podniku, jeho SWOT analýzou a popisem účetního systému. Následuje analýza úzávěrkových účetních případů a účetní závěrky. Práce zahrnuje i finanční analýzu. Poslední kapitolou praktické části jsou Závěry a doporučení, kde dojde ke shrnutí důležitých poznatků z celé práce a návrhu možných zlepšení. | cs |

The thesis consists of theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes chapters on accounting system, final accounts and financial statements. The practical part begins with a characteristics of the chosen company, its SWOT analysis and description of its accounting system. Next is an analysis of closing accounting transactions and financial statements. The work includes financial analysis.
