| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se věnuje logistice společnosti IAC Group Přeštice 2. Cílem diplomové práce je popsání a analyzování logistiky společnosti a navrhnout možné optimalizace nebo nové návrhy řešení na skladování. Záměrem diplomové práce je tedy zjistit nefunkčnost v logistickém procesu a připravit návrh pro budoucí změnu a tím pádem i zlepšení logistického procesu. Cílem diplomové práce je i nalézt možnou úsporu v úpravě neefektivního balení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretická se týká představení pojmu logistika, logistický řetězec, dělením logistiky, dodavatelé, outsourcing, balení a seznámení s druhy přeprav. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. První se soustředí na úvod společnosti IAC Přeštice 2 a na logistiku materiálovou, interní logistiku a na plánování výroby a expedici hotových výrobků v této společnosti. Nejpřínosnější částí této diplomové práce je návrh řešení balení projektu Thajsko a návrh nového uspořádání skladů a návrh strategie skladování pro rok 2024 až 2026. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is devoted to the logistics of the company IAC Group Přeštice 2. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the logistics of the company and propose possible optimizations or new proposals for storage solutions. The aim of the diploma thesis is therefore to find out the dysfunction in the logistics process and to prepare a proposal for future change and thus the improvement of the logistics process. The aim of the thesis is also to find possible savings in the modification of inefficient packaging. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part refers to the introduction of the concept of logistics, the logistics chain, the division of logistics, suppliers, outsourcing, packaging and getting to know the types of transport. The practical part of the work is divided into several chapters. The first focuses on the introduction of the IAC Přeštice 2 company and on material logistics, internal logistics and production planning and shipment of finished products in this company. The most beneficial part of this thesis is the design of the packaging solution of the Thailand project and the design of the new layout of the warehouses and the design of the storage strategy for the year 2024 to 2026. | en |
