dc.description.abstractKvalifikační práce si klade za cíl podrobněji vymezit institut ústavní žaloby v souvislosti se zařazením do systematiky ústavního práva a představit jeho použití jako prostředek k vyvození odpovědnosti, hlouběji prozkoumat skutkové podstaty ústavních deliktů, za které je možné ústavní žalobu podat, přiblížit proces jejího schválení a podání, stejně tak jako řízení o ústavní žalobě před Ústavním soudem. Práce nemá v úmyslu obsáhnout všechna hlediska postavení a odpovědnosti prezidenta republiky a jeho pravomocí, stejně jako nemá za cíl ani srovnat úpravu ústavní žaloby s úpravou ústavních žalob v jiných zemích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe qualification thesis aims to define in more detail the institute of constitutional charge in connection with its inclusion in the system of constitutional law and to present its use as a means of inferring responsibility, to examine in more depth the facts of constitutional offenses for which it is possible to file a constitutional charge, as well as proceedings on a constitutional action before the Constitutional Court, and the subsequent derivation of consequences. The thesis does not intend to cover all aspects of the position and responsibility of the President of the Republic and his powers, just as it does not aim to compare the regulation of constitutional action with the regulation of constitutional laws in other countries.en
