dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o jednotlivých funkcích a příslušných pravomocích Valného shromáždění a Rady bezpečnosti OSN a jejich vztahu mezi sebou a dopadu na dění uvnitř a vně OSN. Dále pojednává o problematice usnesení uvedených hlavních orgánů, kde je hlavní pozornost věnována závaznosti pro adresáty. Vedle těchto hlavních úkolů práce popisuje historii vzniku OSN, jeho organizační strukturu a v neposlední řadě užití příkladů z rozhodovací praxe. Práce má, mimo jiné, odhalit, zda-li byli a zda-li jsou orgány OSN schopny čelit dosavadním a budoucím problémům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the individual functions and powers of the General Assembly and UN Security Council and their relationship between themselves and about the impact on events inside and outside the UN. Also covers issues of resolution of the main organs, where the major attention is focused on the binding force to the recipients. In addition to these main tasks of the work, it describes the history of the United Nations, its organizational structure and ultimately use of examples of decision-making practice. The work has, among other things, to reveal whether they were and whether they are UN bodies cope with the current and future problems.en
