dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením vhodné pohybové aktivity pro pacienty s morbus Scheuermann v důsledku vyšetření pro snížení bolesti, udržení nebo zvýšení rozsahu pohybu v páteřních a ramenních kloubech. Práci je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji anatomii páteře a dále jsem se snažila přiblížit problematiku této nemoci. Zabývám se příčinami, diagnostikou, klinickým obrazem a terapií, která má hned několik možností. V praktické části jsem rozepsala podrobné vyšetření pohybového systému. Konkrétně se jednalo o vyšetření páteře, ramenních kloubů a hodnocení stupně bolesti. Sestavila jsem cvičební jednotku na doma a s pacienty každý týden vedla terapii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the determination of appropriate physical activity for patients with Scheuermann's disease as a result of examination to reduce pain, maintain or increase the range of motion of the spine and shoulder joints. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, they deal with the anatomy of the spine and further tried to approach the issue of this disease. I deal with the causes, diagnostics, clinical picture and therapy, which has several options. In the practical part, I described a detailed examination of the movement system. Specifically, it involves an examination of the spine, shoulder joints and assessment of the degree of pain. I put together an exercise unit at home and conducted therapy with the patients every week.en
