dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá právním postavením Policie České republiky a obecní policie, jejím vývojem a analýzou jednotlivých oblastí, je doplněna o rozbor pojmu community policing, nastíněny jsou druhy spolupráce při zajišťování bezpečnosti, zařazen je exkurz do policejní činnosti v zemích EU a je ukončena úvahami nad efektivností policejní duality a možnostmi jejího řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the legal status of the Police of the Czech Republic and the municipal police, its development and the analysis of individual areas, is complemented by an analysis of the concept of community policing, outlined the kinds of cooperation in ensuring the security, the placed is an excursion into the police activities in the countries of the EU and is terminated by considerations of efficiency of the police duality and possibilities of its solution.en
