dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím scintigrafie skeletu jako diagnostické metody v nukleární medicíně. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána anatomie a fyziologie skeletu a dále se práce zaměřuje na patologické stavy skeletu. Následují kapitoly věnované zobrazovacím metodám nukleární medicíny, radiofarmakům a principům radiační ochrany. Závěrem je podrobně popsána metoda scintigrafie skeletu. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení diagnostického přínosu scintigrafie skeletu u vybraného souboru pacientů. Obsahuje jak kvantitativní výzkum ve formě statistické analýzy, tak kvalitativní výzkum založený na kazuistikách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the use of skeletal scintigraphy as a diagnostic method in nuclear medicine. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the anatomy and physiology of skeleton is first described and then the thesis focuses on the pathological conditions of the skeleton. This is followed by chapters on nuclear medicine imaging methods, radiopharmaceuticals and principles of radiation protection. Finally, the method of skeletal scintigraphy is described in detail. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the diagnostic benefit of skeletal scintigraphy in a selected group of patients. It includes both quantitative research in the formo f statistical analysis and qualitative research based on case studies.en
