dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na vybrané formy alternativního financování a jejich vývoj v minulých letech nejen v České republice, ale také v Evropě. Podrobně je rozpracováno pět zvolených forem, a to leasing, faktoring, forfaiting, crowdfunding a rizikový kapitál. Zmíněné formy financování byly zvoleny proto, že jejich popularita a míra využití v posledních letech nabývá na významu. V úvodu jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s financováním podnikatelské činnosti a vyjmenovány tradiční a alternativní formy, jež je možné využít k získávání finančních prostředků. Následně je každé z vybraných forem věnována samostatná kapitola, kdy po charakteristice a vysvětlení podstaty daného finančního nástroje následuje, vyjma forfaitingu, analýza vývoje v letech 2009-2015, ev. 2016. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a vhodnost použití konkrétní formy financování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis with the title "Trends in alternative financing" refers to problems of alternative financing´s forms and their trend of previous years not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe. The thesis deals with five alternative forms of financing, namely: leasing, factoring, forfaiting, crowdfunding and venture capital. The above-mentioned forms of financing have been chosen because their popularity and utilization rate has gained in recent years. The introduction explains the basic concepts related to the financing of entrepreneurial activities and lists the traditional and alternative forms that can be used to raise funds. Subsequently, each of the selected forms is devoted to a separate chapter where after the characterization and explanation of the nature of the financial instrument follows, except for forfaiting, the analysis of the trend in 2009-2015, 2016. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and the suitability of using a particular form of financing.en
