dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá Evropskou unií a její reakcí na pandemii Covid-19. Práce sleduje vývoj role jednotlivých institucí ve 4 předem daných fázích - počáteční opatření, následná synchronizace, ekonomická obnova a vakcinační politika. V každé kapitole resp. fázi jsou sledovány rozhodnutí evropských institucí, členských států a jejich představitelů na časové ose od počátku roku 2020 do konce roku 2021. Reakce předních představitelů na rozhodnutí evropských institucí jsou podrobeny kritické reflexi. Hlavní otázkou práce potom je, zdali EU vychází z pandemie institucionálně silnější či nikoliv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the European Union and its response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The thesis monitors the development of the role of individual institutions in 4 predetermined phases - initial measures, subsequent synchronization, economic recovery and vaccination policy. In each chapter - phase, the decisions of the European institutions, the Member States and their representatives are monitored on a timeline from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2021. The reactions of the leading representatives to the decisions of the European institutions are subject to critical reflection. The main research question of the work is whether the EU is emerging from a pandemic institutionally stronger or not.en
