dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena nejen na popis základních informací a faktů o syndromu diabetické nohy, ale zejména na edukaci a motivaci pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Motivace pacientů se syndromem diabetické nohy má totiž zásadní vliv na úspěšnost jejich edukace a tím i celkové adherence léčby a ošetřovatelské péče. Výzkumná část práce poukazuje na některá konkrétní zjištěná fakta z oblasti úrovně vědomostí a znalostí pacientů o svém zdravotním problému, jejich motivaci k léčbě a zároveň i úroveň dodržování některých doporučených postupů v rámci této léčby a ošetřovatelské péče. Je poukázáno i na fakt, že celková adherence léčby souvisí s náročností péče o diabetický defekt. V diskusi se snažíme navrhnout možná řešení jak v oblasti motivace a edukace, tak samotné péče o diabetický defekt.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused not only on the description of the basic information and facts about the diabetic foot syndrome, but especially on the education and motivation of patients with this disease. Motivation of patients with diabetic foot syndrome has a major impact on the success of their education and the total adherence treatment and nursing care. The research highlights some of the specific facts of the detected level of awareness and knowledge of patients about their health problems, their motivation for treatment and also the level of compliance with some of the recommended practices in the treatment and nursing care. It is also pointed out that the overall adherence of treatment associated with intensive care for diabetic defect. In the discussion we suggest possible solutions both in terms of motivation and education, and care for themselves diabetic defect.	en
