dc.description.abstract	Termografické snímky získané snímáním objektu IR kamerou mohou trpět nerovnoměrnou expozicí či obsahovat rušivou mřížku. Tyto nedokonalosti ztěžují nalezení indikací nebo mohou vést k nesprávnému určení defektů. Práce zhodnocuje dostupné algoritmy a metody, jak eliminovat nerovnoměrné expozici a jak odstranit rušivou mřížku. Následně je uveden popis a princip implementovaných filtrů, které se zabývají kompenzací nerovnoměrné expozice a odstraňují mřížku z termografického obrazu. Použitím těchto filtrů je výsledný snímek kvalitnější a pro operátora jsou indikace lépe viditelné. Funkčnost implementovaných algoritmů je zobrazena na sérii snímků.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Thermographic images obtained by scanning an object with an IR camera may suffer from uneven exposure or contain a distorting grid. These imperfections make it difficult to find indications or may lead to incorrect identification of defects. This paper evaluates available algorithms and methods to eliminate uneven exposure and to remove the interference grid. Subsequently, a description and principle of implemented filters that deal with compensation of uneven exposure and grid pattern removal from thermographic images are provided. By using these filters, the resulting image quality is improved and the indications are more visible to the operator. The functionality of the implemented algorithms is shown in a series of images.	en
