dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnávání vyhodnocených fluorescenčních obrazů automatickým odečtem s manuálním. Z obou zmíněných metod byly přezkoumány výsledky antinukleárních protilátek (ANA) a protilátek proti cytoplazmatickým antigenům (ANCA). Výsledky automatického analyzátoru nejsou shodné s mikroskopickým odečtem, jelikož analyzátor nezvládne určit všechny typy fluorescence. Ovšem automatickou titrací dokáže ušetřit čas, omezit vliv lidského faktoru na reprodukovatelnost výsledků a tím usnadnit chod laboratoře.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the evaluated fluoerescence images by automatic readout with manual readout. Of the two methods mentioned, the results of antinuclear antibodies (ANA) and antibodies against cytoplasmic antigens (ANCA) were reviewed. The results of the automated analyser are not identical to the microscopic readout, since the analyser cannot detect all types of fluorescence. However, automated titration can save time, reduce the influence of human factors on the reproducibility of the results and thus facilitate the operation of the laboratory.en
