dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na uplatnění porodního plánu při normálním fyziologickém porodu. Popisuje, které ženy si porodní plán nejčastěji sestavují a jaké důvody je k tomu vedou. Dále rozebírá nejčastější přání žen v porodním plánu. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem, kde je použit polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Obsahuje písemně sepsaný rozhovor s dvěma ženami, které měly porodní plán u sebe a zároveň názory dvou porodních asistentek, které pečovaly o ženy během porodu a pracovaly s jejich porodními plány. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na důvody, které vedou ženy k sepsání plánu, zda se jejich porodní plán uplatnil a jaké byly jejich pocity po porodu. Také se soustředí na pocity porodních asistentek z porodních plánů žen.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the application of the birth plan in a normal physiological brith. It describes which women usually compiles the birth plan and what are the reasons for doing so. It describes the most often wishes of women in their birth plans. The practical part of the theis deals with the qualitative resesarch where is a semi-structured interview used. It includes transribed interview with two women who had birth plan on them and also views of two midwives who cared for the women during the childbirth and worked with their birth plans. The thesis is focused on the reasons that lead women to write the plan; whether their birth plan was realised and what were their feelings after the birth. It also focuses on the midwives' feelings about the women's birth plans.	en
