dc.description.abstractTématem práce je spinální trauma a kraniotrauma motocyklistů a jejich řešení v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a část teoretickou. V teoretické části práce je popsána základní organizace ZZS, současný stav, statistické údaje a bezpečnostní prostředky využívané motocyklisty. Dále uvádíme také anatomii hlavy, mozku, páteře, míchy a jednotlivá poranění, která mohou nastat. V závěru teoretické práce popisujeme management pacienta v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezi zaměstnanci Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje, Olomouckého kraje, Karlovarského kraje, Pardubického kraje, Jihočeského kraje a Libereckého kraje. Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat přehled zaměstnanců ZZS o vybraných teoretických znalostech vhodných pro možné řešení vertebrospinálních nebo kraniocerebrálních poranění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is spinal trauma and craniotrauma of motorcyclists and their solution in pre-hospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the organization of medical emergency services, the current status, statistical data and safety and protective equipment used by motorcyclists. We also present the anatomy of the head, brain, spine, spinal cord and individual injuries that may occur. At the end of the theoretical thesis we described the management of the patient in pre-hospital emergency care. The practical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among employees of the Medical Rescue Service of the Pilsen Region, the Olomouc Region, the Karlovy Vary Region, the Pardubice Region, the South Bohemian Region and the Liberec Region. The main objective was to map the survey of ZZS employees on selected theoretical knowledge suitable for possible solution of vertebrospinal or craniocerebral injuries.en
