dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce nazvaná "Ochrana práv dítěte" se zabývá nejdůležitějšími aspekty ochrany práv dítěte v souvislosti s nejlepším zájmem dítěte. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu právní úpravy ochrany práv dítěte s ohledem na judikaturu Ústavního soudu a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Nejdříve vysvětluje základní pojmy, poslezé poukáže na vývoj dětských práv. Dále se koncentruje na právní úpravu z pohledu vnitrostátního, mezinárodního a evropského. V poslední kapitole rozebírá judikaturu týkající se rodičovské péče a práva dítěte být vychováván oběma rodiči v souladu s nejlepším zájmem dítěte.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis entitled "Protection of Children's Rights" deals with the most important aspects of the protection of children's rights in relation to the best interest of the child. The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the legislation protection of children's right with regard to the case law of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights. First, this thesis explains the basic terms, then points out the development of children's rights. It also concentrates on legislation from the national, international and European points of view. The last chapter analyses the case-law concerning parental care and the right of the child to be raised by both parents in accordance with the best interest of the child.en
