dc.description.abstract-translatedArticle focuses on dependent work within work based on digital platform as Wolt, Bolt or Uber and another companies. Nowadays are most of them waiting for the result which new european directive stating work conditions will bring and what changes are they going to make in relation with implementation this directive into legal system. Before it will happen, let have a look at the european courts's decision and its opinion on whether these wokers can be considered as employees or not.
