dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti komplexní lázeňské léčby onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsáno krátké rozdělení typů diabetes mellitus u dětí, vznik onemocnění, jeho charakteristika a diagnostika. Následuje krátká kapitola věnující se akutním a chronickým komplikacím onemocnění. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány možnosti léčby diabetes mellitus 1. typu obsahující kapitolu se zaměřením na pohybovou léčbu, následuje kapitola věnující se balneoterapii, na kterou navazuje kapitola s popisem konkrétních balneoterapeutických procedur, fyzioterapie a dalších léčebných postupů v lázeňské léčbě diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření a zahrnuje 4 kazuistiky. Zaměřuje se na vliv komplexní lázeňské léčby na kompenzaci onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu, hodnocení jednotlivých procedur probandy a hodnocení vlivu lázeňské léčby matkami probandů. Ukazatelem účinku komplexní lázeňské léčby na kompenzaci diabetes mellitus je porovnání denních glykemických profilů. Dále praktická část obsahuje souhrn rozhovorů s probandy a souhrn polostrukturovaných dotazníků vyplněných matkami probandů. V diskuzi a závěru jsou hodnoceny výsledky výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of complex spa treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part starts with a brief classification of types of diabetes in children, the origin of the disease, its characteristics and diagnosis. A short chapter dealing with acute and chronic complications of the disease follows. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the possibilities of treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus containing chapters devoted to physical therapy, followed by a chapter on balneotherapy and a chapter describing specific balneotherapy procedures, physiotherapy and other treatments in a spa treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus. The practical part comprises a qualitative research and 4 case studies. It focuses on the influence of complex spa treatment on the compensation of type 1 diabetes mellitus, proband evaluation of individual procedures and proband mothers evaluation of the effect of spa treatment. As an indicator of the effect of complex spa treatment on diabetes compensation serves comparison of daily glycemic profiles. Moreover, the practical part contains a summary of interviews with probands and a summary of semi-structured questionnaires filled out by mothers of probands. The research results are then evaluated in the discussion and conclusion.en
