dc.description.abstract	Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komunikaci všeobecných sester s rodinnými příslušníky u terminálně nemocných. Práce je složena ze dvou hlavních částí- teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na komunikaci všeobecně, tak i na komunikaci ve zdravotnictví. Vysvětluje pojmy jako je terminálně nemocný, paliativní a hospicová péče. Dále pojednává o spolupráci a odborné pomoci rodinným příslušníkům. Kde se Vám snažím přiblížit, jak by se mělo o rodinu pečovat v průběhu nemoci jejich příbuzného a jak bychom s nimi měli komunikovat. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na zjištění a porovnání úrovně komunikace všeobecných sester s rodinnými příslušníky. Použila jsem kvantitativní výzkum- tzv. dotazníkové šetření.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the communication between nurses and family members of terminally ill patients. The work consists of two main parts ? theoretical and practical. The former one is focused both on communication in general and the ways medical staff members communicate with their patients. The terms terminally ill, palliative and hospice treatment are explained in this part. Furthermore, it deals with the cooperation of medical staff with those family members whose relative is terminally ill. Moreover, it discusses the ways medical staff can offer to help the family members in their difficult situation. The practial part is focused on the communication standards and skills of nurses dealing with the family members. It is mainly aimed on the comparison of the skills of nurses working in hospitals with those who work in hospices. A questionnaire survey was used for that purpose.	en
