dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá právními a etickými aspekty poskytování úvěrů bankami. Cílem práce je analyzovat právní úpravu úvěrování a posoudit, do jaké míry reflektuje etické požadavky na odpovědné poskytování úvěrů. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na postavení klienta jako slabší smluvní strany, na povinnosti bank při posuzování úvěruschopnosti a na informační povinnost. Součástí práce je rovněž analýza etických principů, kterými jsou odpovědné úvěrování, transparentnost a prevence předlužení. Poukazuje na propojení právní a etické roviny a hodnotí, zda současná právní regulace poskytuje spotřebiteli dostatečnou ochranu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the legal and ethical aspects of providing loans by banks. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal framework of bank lending and to evaluate whether it reflects ethical requirements for responsible lending. The thesis pays special attention to the position of the client as a weaker side and to the obligations of banks, especially in assessing creditworthiness and providing clear information. The thesis also examines important ethical principles such as responsible lending, transparency, and prevention of over-indebtedness. It highlights the connection between legal regulation and ethical standards and evaluates whether current regulation provides sufficient protection for clients.en
