| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá akutním srdečním selháním v přednemocniční péči a má za cíl částečně zmapovat tuto problematiku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Praktická část je vedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu a popisu jednotlivých případů akutního srdečního selhání. Data pro výzkum byla získána z dokumentace Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje. Cíl práce jsme zvolili s ohledem na vysokou prevalenci akutního srdečního selhání v populaci. Výstupem práce je popis příznaků akutního srdečního selhání a jejich vývoj během poskytovaní přednemocniční péče. | cs |

Practical part is made of qualitative research and description of cases of acute hearth failure. The objective of thesis was selected with idea of high prevalence of acute hearth failure in population.
